What the studio collects
The Studio List will collect the email address you provide, an optional name, the consent statement you accepted, and the technical evidence needed to record when and how that consent was confirmed. A contact or print inquiry will collect your name, email address, message, and any optional artwork, size, or installation details you provide.
Why it is used
The information is used to send the photographic work, releases, books, exhibitions, and occasional studio notes described on the signup page, or to receive and reply to the inquiry you make. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to the Studio List and is not permission for unrelated marketing.
Services we use
We use Resend to send email, Convex to keep subscription and inquiry records, Cloudflare to host and protect the website, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and interactions with the public site. Analytics may use cookies and device information. It is not loaded on private previews or subscription-confirmation pages. These services receive only the information needed to do those jobs.
Your choices
Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe path. Subscribers will also be able to request a copy of their stored information or ask for its deletion. The same requests can be made for inquiry records through the studio contact form.
